Project Description
The SDR team at Copperline Cloud creates the first impression with prospects across our priority industriesβ€”professional services, logistics, and emerging tech. The mission is to open conversations that lead to qualified discovery meetings for our Account Executives. You will blend research, personalized messaging, and consistent follow-up to connect operations leaders with a product that simplifies their workflows.

Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
You will manage daily outreach cadences, run quick qualification calls, and maintain clean records in the CRM. Expected outputs include a steady volume of new qualified meetings, accurate account notes, and weekly insight reports that inform campaign adjustments. You will collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and with Account Executives to tailor meeting handoffs that raise conversion rates.

Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates bring 0–2 years in sales, customer success, or support, or relevant campus leadership. Experience with cold calling, objection handling, or high-volume customer contact is helpful. A bachelor’s degree is welcomed but not required. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with MEDDIC-style qualification, a track record of meeting activity goals, and comfort using analytics to improve response rates.

Tools or Platforms to Be Used
Salesforce or HubSpot for CRM, Outreach or Salesloft for sequences, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research, Zoom for calls, Gong for call reviews, and Google Workspace for collaboration.

Language Requirement
Fluent English is required; Spanish or French is a plus for select territories.

Communication Style

Time Commitment or Working Window
