Job Details
Project Description
The designer will support ongoing client campaigns by transforming briefs and wireframes into production-ready creative. Work ranges from social carousels and paid ads to landing page graphics, one-pagers, simple packaging mockups, and occasional presentation decks. The purpose of the role is to increase the teamβs production capacity while maintaining consistency with brand systems already in place.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
You will create weekly batches of static and light-motion assets, refine concepts after internal and client reviews, prepare final exports in required sizes, and keep shared component libraries organized. Typical deliverables include editable source files, export bundles labeled to spec, and brief notes explaining design decisions and handoff details for developers or media buyers.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals in typography, spacing, grid, and hierarchy is essential; agency or in-house internship experience is beneficial but not required. Familiarity with brand guidelines and accessibility basics is expected. Candidates with coursework in visual communication, certification such as Adobe Certified Professional, or evidence of disciplined file hygiene will be prioritized.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
Daily work happens in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with Figma for shared libraries and prototypes. Asana is used for tasks and timelines; Slack for day-to-day coordination; Google Drive and Dropbox for storage; Harvest for time tracking. After Effects may be used for lightweight motion assets.
Language Requirement
English is required for collaboration and documentation. Additional proficiency in Spanish or French is appreciated for select client markets but not mandatory.

Finalists complete a paid 2β3 hour practical exercise aligned to real project needs, followed by a Zoom conversation with the creative director. Reference checks may be conducted for extended engagements.
Other Requirements
A mutual non-disclosure agreement and full intellectual property assignment are required for client work. Time tracking in Harvest is mandatory for all billed hours. For U.S. contractors, a W-9 is required; for non-U.S., a W-8BEN is required.
