Project Description
The Cloud Engineer will help maintain and expand multi-cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost optimization. The position supports internal development teams, improves automation processes, and contributes to the companyβs mission of delivering reliable cloud solutions to clients worldwide.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
The engineer will be responsible for setting up and monitoring cloud resources, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and assisting in troubleshooting issues. Deliverables include documented infrastructure changes, improved monitoring dashboards, and timely resolution of cloud-related incidents.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
Candidates should have a bachelorβs degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. While professional experience is not mandatory, internships, academic projects, or personal contributions to open-source initiatives will be highly valued. AWS or Azure foundational certifications are preferred.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
Daily work will involve AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions, and monitoring solutions such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Language Requirement
English is required for communication, both written and spoken.
Communication Style
The team uses Slack for daily communication, Jira for task management, and Zoom for regular stand-up and sprint review meetings.
Time Commitment or Working Window
The role requires approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility for remote work and some overlap with core hours between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM GMT+6.
Payment Terms
Employees are paid on a monthly salary basis, with performance reviews conducted every six months.
