Required Skills or Tools

Project Description
The Smart Contract Developer will be responsible for creating, testing, and deploying secure smart contracts that serve as the foundation for decentralized applications. The role will involve building features for decentralized finance platforms, NFT marketplaces, and blockchain integrations, while ensuring efficiency, transparency, and security.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Responsibilities include coding and deploying smart contracts, conducting thorough testing and audits, integrating blockchain APIs, and collaborating with frontend and backend teams to ensure smooth dApp functionality. Deliverables include production-ready smart contracts, security documentation, and performance reports.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Blockchain-related certifications, open-source contributions, or hackathon experience will be highly valued. Previous experience in auditing or contributing to DeFi or NFT projects is desirable.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
Solidity, Rust, Hardhat, Truffle, Ganache, Web3.js, ethers.js, GitHub, and cloud hosting environments. Experience with test networks and security auditing tools such as MythX or Slither is beneficial.
Language Requirement
Fluency in English is required for technical discussions and collaboration.
Communication Style
The team collaborates primarily through Slack for daily communication, GitHub for code management, and Zoom for weekly sprint reviews and client meetings.
Time Commitment or Working Window
40 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling but at least four overlapping hours with GMT or EST.
Payment Terms
Monthly salary with potential milestone-based performance bonuses. Annual reviews will assess contributions and adjust compensation accordingly.
