Project Description
This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining BI dashboards and reports that help business leaders monitor performance and identify trends. The role supports strategic planning, product development, and financial forecasting by providing timely and accurate analysis.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for building interactive dashboards, maintaining data pipelines, conducting trend analyses, and producing reports tailored to specific business units. Deliverables will include automated dashboards, executive-level summaries, and documented methodologies that ensure data accuracy and reproducibility.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline is required. Prior internships or projects demonstrating hands-on analytics and BI experience are highly valued. Professional certifications in Tableau, Power BI, or SQL are a plus. Experience in an enterprise or consulting environment will be considered an advantage.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
Work will rely on SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel. Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery is a benefit. Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics may be advantageous but is not required.
Language Requirement
English is required for documentation and day-to-day collaboration.
Communication Style
Daily communication will take place via Slack, with Zoom used for team stand-ups and client-facing meetings. Email will be used for formal reports and deliverables.
Time Commitment or Working Window
The position requires 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling as long as there is sufficient overlap with either US or European business hours.
