Project Description
The Machine Learning Researcher will focus on creating experimental prototypes, conducting applied research, and publishing findings that feed into the company’s AI product development. This includes exploring new architectures, evaluating model performance, and contributing to both academic and practical discussions.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, formulating and testing new algorithms, and building experimental models. Deliverables include research reports, reproducible code bases, and contributions to peer-reviewed publications. Researchers will also work with engineering teams to transition successful models into production systems.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A master’s degree or PhD in computer science, machine learning, or a closely related discipline is preferred, though exceptional candidates with bachelor’s degrees and strong project portfolios will be considered. Demonstrated experience in publishing research papers, participating in AI competitions, or contributing to open-source projects is highly advantageous.
