Project Description
The Test Automation Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts to support OrionGate’s software products. This role is integral to reducing manual testing efforts, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality releases across web and mobile platforms.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
The candidate will develop and maintain automated regression test suites, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot testing issues. Deliverables include creating reusable test scripts, providing detailed test reports, and collaborating with developers to resolve defects quickly.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
Freshers with relevant coursework or internship experience in QA or test automation are encouraged to apply. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Agile methodologies, ISTQB certification, or prior exposure to API testing.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
The role will require daily use of Selenium, Cypress, Python, Java, Jenkins, GitHub, and JIRA.
Language Requirement
Fluency in English is required. No additional languages are necessary.
Communication Style
