Project Description
The AI Research Scientist will work on designing and implementing innovative algorithms, conducting experiments, and publishing results in peer-reviewed journals or conferences. The purpose of this role is to contribute to the advancement of AI technologies and apply them in ways that address real-world challenges.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Responsibilities include developing and testing research hypotheses, building prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and sharing insights through internal reports and external publications. Deliverables will include working models, detailed documentation, and contributions to open-source projects where applicable.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
Applicants should hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, data science, or a related discipline. Research experience through academic work, internships, or publications is desirable. Preferred qualifications include advanced coursework or certifications in AI or machine learning, along with experience presenting research findings.

Time Commitment or Working Window
40 hours per week with flexibility. Collaboration is expected during core hours between 9:00 and 14:00 EST.
