Project Description
The Build and Release Engineer will be responsible for managing and automating build pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery. The role involves ensuring consistency across environments, maintaining deployment scripts, and integrating automated testing to catch errors early. Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Key responsibilities include setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing source code repositories, coordinating release schedules with development teams, and monitoring build performance. Deliverables include stable builds, automated deployment processes, and thorough release documentation.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A bachelorβs degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience with version control systems, containerization, and continuous integration is required. Industry certifications in DevOps or cloud platforms are an advantage.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
Primary platforms include Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
Language Requirement
Fluency in English is required.
