Project Description
The Quality Assurance Analyst will play a key role in reviewing software builds, running manual and automated test cases, and identifying defects before release. The aim is to ensure that every product shipped by TestaCore Analytics meets its standards of reliability, usability, and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Responsibilities include writing and executing detailed test plans, reporting bugs with precise documentation, collaborating with developers to resolve issues, and assisting in regression testing for new updates. The deliverables will include comprehensive test reports, documented defect logs, and ongoing contributions to the QA knowledge base.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with internship or project experience in QA will be strongly considered. Industry certifications such as ISTQB will be an advantage.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
JIRA, Selenium, Cypress, TestRail, and collaboration platforms like Slack and Zoom.
Language Requirement
English is required for both written and spoken communication.
Communication Style
Daily updates via Slack, weekly team meetings on Zoom, and email for formal documentation.
Time Commitment or Working Window
40 hours per week with flexibility, but at least 4 hours daily overlap with EST work hours is expected.
