The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for building automated campaigns that nurture leads, convert prospects, and retain customers. This includes mapping customer journeys, setting up automated workflows, and ensuring campaigns align with strategic business goals.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Responsibilities include designing lead nurturing campaigns, maintaining customer databases, monitoring campaign performance, and implementing improvements based on data insights. Deliverables include automated workflows, monthly performance reports, and recommendations for enhanced personalization.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
Candidates should have a degree in marketing, business, or computer science, or equivalent practical experience. Certifications in platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce are advantageous. Prior experience in the fintech industry is preferred but not required.

Language Requirement
Fluent English is required, with additional language proficiency considered a plus.
Communication Style
The team communicates through Slack, email, and Zoom. Weekly updates and monthly reviews will be required.

The role requires 35β40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Occasional overlap with US Eastern Time business hours is expected.
