Project Description
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in gathering and interpreting data, assessing business needs, and providing actionable insights to improve decision-making processes. This role ensures that SilverLine’s consulting solutions are data-driven and tailored to client requirements.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
The analyst will gather business requirements, prepare reports, conduct market research, and develop models to support strategic initiatives. Deliverables include weekly analysis reports, clear documentation of requirements, and dashboards or presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field is required. Prior internships or project-based experience in analysis is desirable. Certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are advantageous but not mandatory.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and project management platforms such as Jira or Trello.
Language Requirement
Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus but not necessary.
Communication Style
Collaboration will be conducted through email, Zoom, and Slack. Clear written and verbal communication is essential.
Time Commitment or Working Window
Approximately 35 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility around time zones, provided some overlap with EST hours is possible.
Payment Terms
Fixed monthly salary, with performance reviews conducted annually.
Evaluation Criteria
