Project Description
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for shaping CloudNest Mediaβs online brand voice and growing its community presence. This position aims to strengthen brand awareness, generate engagement, and support client campaigns through creative strategies.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Key tasks include planning and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, monitoring trends, and producing campaign reports. The manager will collaborate with the content and design teams to deliver impactful visual and written material. Deliverables will include weekly content calendars, monthly performance reports, and recommendations for improving reach and engagement.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
While no formal experience is required for entry-level applicants, a strong portfolio of social media content, internships, or freelance experience is a plus. A bachelorβs degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. Certifications in digital marketing or social media management will be considered advantageous.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
Language Requirement
Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
Communication Style
Daily communication through Slack and email, with weekly check-ins via Zoom.
