Project Description
The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and maintaining automated marketing workflows that support lead generation and customer retention. This role directly supports the digital strategy by ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and targeted effectively.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
The successful candidate will design automated workflows, set up campaigns, manage subscriber lists, and track campaign performance. Deliverables will include measurable campaign outcomes, regular reporting, and actionable insights to improve conversions.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A background in marketing, business, or related fields is preferred. Certifications in HubSpot or Marketo are advantageous but not mandatory. The role is suitable for fresh graduates with relevant training or internships.
