This position requires managing daily posting schedules, developing creative campaigns, analyzing platform performance, and implementing strategies to boost reach and conversions. Deliverables include monthly analytics reports, consistent publishing of engaging content, community interaction, and campaign performance improvements.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A background in marketing, communications, or media is preferred, though not strictly required for motivated freshers with demonstrated interest and skill. Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills are essential. Prior internships, freelancing experience, or social media certifications will be considered an advantage.
