Project Description
The Brand Manager will play a key role in positioning Lumina Consumer Brands within a competitive market. The purpose of the role is to manage and grow brand equity, ensuring the companyβs messaging and campaigns resonate with target audiences.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Responsibilities include managing the brandβs marketing campaigns, conducting market research, monitoring competitor activity, and coordinating with creative teams. Deliverables include quarterly brand reports, consistent brand guidelines, and successful campaign rollouts that align with business objectives.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A bachelorβs degree in marketing, communications, or business is preferred. Prior experience in brand management, advertising, or marketing is valued, but freshers with strong academic backgrounds and demonstrated interest will also be considered.
