Project Description
The IoT Engineer will work on developing connected solutions that enable devices to communicate securely and efficiently. This includes integrating hardware with cloud services, designing scalable IoT architectures, and ensuring seamless interoperability across devices.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Key tasks include designing IoT applications, implementing communication protocols, troubleshooting hardware-software interactions, and optimizing data flow from devices to cloud platforms. Deliverables will include functional prototypes, detailed technical documentation, and production-ready IoT solutions.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required. Previous internships or academic projects in IoT will be considered valuable. Professional certifications such as AWS Certified IoT Developer or equivalent are a plus.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
Candidates will use cloud-based IoT services, microcontroller platforms, and development environments such as Node-RED, Eclipse, and VS Code.
Language Requirement
English is required for all communications.
Communication Style
Day-to-day collaboration will take place via Slack, email, and Zoom, with regular sprint planning and review meetings.
Time Commitment or Working Window
