Project Description
The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing targeted campaigns to boost customer retention, promote products, and enhance brand awareness. The role will directly contribute to shaping the companyβs communication with its audience.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
The specialist will create engaging email templates, segment customer lists, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to improve open and conversion rates. Deliverables include weekly campaign schedules, monthly performance reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with a background in marketing, communications, or related fields are encouraged to apply. A bachelorβs degree in marketing or business is preferred but not mandatory. Prior internships or freelance experience in digital marketing will be valued.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo for campaign management, along with Google Analytics and Excel for reporting.
Language Requirement
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is welcome but not necessary.

Collaboration will take place through email, Slack, and Zoom for team meetings and regular updates.
Time Commitment or Working Window
40 hours per week, with flexible working hours as long as there is overlap with core team hours between 9 AM and 2 PM EST.
