As an Affiliate Marketing Manager at LinkSphere Media, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to expand our affiliate partner base, negotiating commission structures, and ensuring optimal campaign performance. You will analyze data to identify trends, optimize partnerships, and maximize ROI. Your role will include managing partner relationships, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with internal marketing teams to align affiliate campaigns with broader company goals.
Candidates with experience in digital marketing, affiliate recruitment, or e-commerce will be prioritized. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required. A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

You will primarily communicate with colleagues and partners via email, Slack, and Zoom. The position requires 35β40 hours per week, with flexibility in working hours but some overlap with Eastern Time business hours is preferred.
