Project Description
The AR/VR Developer will contribute to the design and development of immersive applications for clients across industries. Projects may include VR simulations for training, AR applications for marketing, or interactive experiences for the entertainment sector. The role involves collaborating with designers and stakeholders to create user-friendly solutions that meet client needs.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
The developer will be responsible for coding, testing, and deploying AR/VR applications, as well as integrating 3D assets and interactive features. Deliverables include functional prototypes, polished applications, and technical documentation.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine is essential. Previous work on AR/VR projects, even academic or personal, will be highly valued. A degree in computer science, game development, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender or Maya for 3D integration, and AR/VR SDKs like ARKit and ARCore.
Language Requirement
English is required for daily communication. Additional languages are a plus but not required.
Communication Style
The team primarily uses Slack and Zoom for daily stand-ups and project updates. Email will be used for formal communication.
Time Commitment or Working Window
Expected time commitment is approximately 30 to 35 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Payment Terms
Monthly payments, with milestone reviews conducted every 4 weeks to ensure deliverables are met.
Evaluation Criteria

Other Requirements
The role requires signing an NDA. Use of a time-tracking tool such as Hubstaff may be necessary depending on client requirements.
