Project Description
The role involves building and enhancing AR and VR applications for clients in entertainment, education, and healthcare sectors. Developers will be expected to design immersive experiences, optimize applications for performance, and test across multiple platforms.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Responsibilities include coding interactive features, collaborating with design teams to implement visual assets, integrating motion and input systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering high-quality applications on schedule. Expected deliverables are fully functional AR/VR modules ready for client deployment and ongoing maintenance updates.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
No formal work experience is necessary for entry-level applicants; however, candidates should demonstrate academic projects, personal portfolios, or internships in AR/VR. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of ARKit, ARCore, Oculus SDK, or HoloLens development. A degree in computer science, digital media, or related fields is welcomed but not mandatory.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender or Maya for asset integration, GitHub for version control, and Jira for task management.
Language Requirement
English proficiency is required. Additional languages are a plus but not necessary.
Communication Style
Daily updates via Slack, task coordination on Jira, and regular sprint meetings through Zoom.
Time Commitment or Working Window
Approximately 35–40 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust around major milestones.
