The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in defining Lumina Lifestyle Groupβs voice, values, and identity. Responsibilities include leading brand campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the brand is well-represented across digital and traditional platforms. Deliverables will include the creation of detailed brand guidelines, overseeing content production, and managing strategic partnerships.
Preferred candidates will have a bachelorβs degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. While prior experience in brand management is an asset, candidates with strong academic backgrounds and demonstrable creativity are encouraged to apply. Certifications in digital marketing or branding are considered a plus.
English proficiency is required for this role, and additional languages are beneficial but not mandatory. Communication will primarily occur through email, Slack, and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom. The role requires approximately 35 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to varying project timelines.
Payment will be made on a monthly basis, with bonuses tied to meeting campaign KPIs and overall brand performance.
