Project Description
The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a pivotal role in helping the organization make data-driven decisions. This position will involve transforming complex data into accessible insights for management teams and clients, ensuring that strategies are backed by accurate and timely information.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
The analyst will collect and validate data from multiple systems, design and maintain dashboards, and deliver recurring reports for stakeholders. They will also be responsible for identifying trends, recommending business strategies, and supporting the continuous improvement of internal data processes. Deliverables include interactive dashboards, detailed reports, and presentations tailored for senior management and clients.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in business analytics, economics, computer science, or a related field. Experience with business intelligence tools, internships, or project work in analytics is highly desirable. Advanced knowledge of visualization techniques and exposure to cloud-based data platforms will be considered a plus.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and cloud-based analytics platforms such as Azure Synapse or Google BigQuery.
Language Requirement
Fluency in English is required. Additional European language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
Communication Style
Daily collaboration will be conducted through Slack and Zoom, while formal reports and updates will be shared by email.
Time Commitment or Working Window
40 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Core collaboration hours are between 9:00 and 14:00 GMT.
Payment Terms
Fixed monthly salary with annual reviews and performance-based bonuses.
Evaluation Criteria

Other Requirements
