Project Details
The Chatbot Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining conversational AI applications that provide support, information, and services to end-users. The role involves collaborating with designers, product managers, and QA specialists to deliver user-centric solutions. Core responsibilities include creating conversation flows, training NLP models, integrating APIs, and optimizing performance for different platforms.
Candidates should ideally have experience or academic background in computer science, artificial intelligence, or related fields. While professional experience is not mandatory for freshers, any portfolio projects, internships, or certifications in AI/ML or chatbot development will be considered an advantage. Tools and platforms such as Google Cloud, Azure, and GitHub will be used extensively in this role.
English fluency is required for effective communication with the team and clients. Communication will primarily occur via Slack, Zoom, and email. Developers are expected to commit to approximately 35β40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling but reliable availability during agreed-upon hours.
Payment terms are structured as monthly fixed compensation, with performance reviews conducted every six months. Candidates will be evaluated based on technical competency, ability to deliver project milestones, responsiveness, and problem-solving skills. Additional requirements include signing a standard NDA and using time-tracking software to ensure transparency.
