Project Description
The Community Engagement Specialist will focus on building and nurturing relationships with community members, stakeholders, and partners. The role involves developing initiatives that foster participation, planning events (both online and in-person), and creating campaigns to enhance engagement across all platforms.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Key responsibilities include managing digital communities, moderating discussions, responding to inquiries, coordinating virtual and physical events, drafting communications, and reporting on engagement metrics. Deliverables will consist of regular community activity reports, successful event execution, and measurable growth in engagement levels.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, candidates with strong organizational skills, enthusiasm for community building, and a degree in communications, marketing, or social sciences will be well-suited. Certifications in community management or event coordination will be considered an asset.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Language Requirement
