The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the strategy and execution of digital campaigns designed to build awareness, generate leads, and improve customer retention. This role requires a balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making to enhance the overall customer journey.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Key responsibilities include managing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing digital performance metrics, creating detailed reports, and adjusting strategies for continuous improvement. The manager will also collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Deliverables include monthly performance reports, campaign optimization strategies, and quarterly growth plans.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A bachelorβs degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or certifications in digital marketing are encouraged to apply. Preferred qualifications include Google Ads certification, HubSpot inbound marketing certification, or equivalent credentials.
