Project Description
The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing email campaigns that support CloudReach Solutionsβ growth and retention strategies. This role will focus on creating engaging messages, building automated workflows, and ensuring brand consistency in every communication.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
The candidate will develop email content, manage subscriber lists, conduct A/B testing, and monitor campaign analytics. Deliverables include weekly reports, automated nurture sequences, and campaigns that improve customer retention and lead conversion rates.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A degree in marketing, communications, or business is preferred, though equivalent experience will also be considered. Previous work in SaaS or B2B marketing is a plus. Certifications in HubSpot Email Marketing or similar programs will be viewed favorably.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
Language Requirement
