Project Description
The Email Marketing Specialist will play a central role in executing campaigns that engage subscribers, nurture leads, and convert customers. The roleβs purpose is to ensure campaigns are visually compelling, brand-consistent, and performance-driven.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Key responsibilities include creating and scheduling email campaigns, managing subscriber lists, running A/B tests, and tracking performance. Deliverables involve weekly campaign execution, monthly performance reports, and ongoing improvements in open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A bachelorβs degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable but not required. Previous internship or entry-level experience in email or digital marketing is beneficial. Certifications in email marketing platforms or inbound marketing are preferred.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and collaboration platforms such as Slack and Trello.
Language Requirement
English fluency is required, with strong writing and proofreading skills.
Communication Style
The team communicates via Slack for daily updates, Zoom for weekly meetings, and email for project reporting and client correspondence.
