Project Description
This role will focus on creating reliable, secure, and scalable IoT solutions for consumer products that aim to improve everyday life. The IoT Engineer will work closely with hardware engineers and cloud specialists to build end-to-end systems that integrate sensors, connectivity, and cloud infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
The IoT Engineer will be responsible for designing embedded software for connected devices, optimizing wireless communication modules, integrating APIs for cloud services, and ensuring the robustness and scalability of deployed solutions. Deliverables include functional prototypes, documentation, and ongoing improvements to IoT device performance and security.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A bachelorβs degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is required. Experience with IoT development boards such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or ESP32 is strongly preferred. Familiarity with MQTT protocol, data visualization, and cloud deployment is advantageous.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
The role will involve AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, embedded C development environments, and Python scripting for automation and testing.
Language Requirement
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus but not required.
Communication Style
