Project Description
The JavaScript Developer will be responsible for creating dynamic web applications and interactive features that enhance user experiences. This role involves collaborating with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to build responsive and scalable front-end solutions.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
The developer will design and implement reusable front-end components, troubleshoot and debug existing applications, and ensure code quality through testing and reviews. Deliverables include production-ready code, optimized web performance, and continuous feature enhancements.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate experience working on front-end projects, whether academic, freelance, or professional. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with Agile workflows and UI/UX collaboration will be advantageous.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
Daily work will involve JavaScript frameworks, GitHub for version control, Jira for task management, and Slack/Zoom for communication.
Language Requirement
Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
Communication Style
Communication will primarily be conducted through Slack for daily updates and Zoom for weekly meetings. Email will be used for formal documentation and reporting.
Time Commitment or Working Window
This role requires approximately 35–40 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling, provided deadlines and collaborative requirements are met.
Payment Terms
Employees will be compensated on a monthly salary basis, with performance reviews every six months.
