Project Description:
The No-Code Developer will be responsible for creating dynamic, user-friendly applications that help clients streamline business processes and reduce manual workloads. The role involves collaborating closely with business analysts and designers to transform requirements into efficient solutions.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables:
The developer will gather and analyze requirements, build workflows, set up integrations, and ensure scalable application design. Deliverables will include fully functional no-code apps, automated workflows, and documentation for end users.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications:
No prior traditional coding experience is required, though familiarity with logic-based problem solving is a plus. Fresh graduates in IT, business, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Certification or portfolio experience in platforms like Bubble or Webflow will be considered a strong advantage.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used: Bubble, Webflow, Airtable, Zapier, Make, and other modern no-code tools as required.
Language Requirement: English proficiency is mandatory. Additional languages are appreciated but not required.
Communication Style: Regular collaboration through Slack, project tracking in Trello or Jira, and video meetings on Zoom or Google Meet.
Time Commitment or Working Window: 25–30 hours per week with flexibility to adjust based on project milestones.
Payment Terms: Monthly payments with the possibility of bonuses tied to project milestones.
