Project Description
The React.js Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing user-facing features for web applications. The role ensures that the products delivered are visually engaging, performant, and scalable to support client requirements.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Responsibilities include developing new user-facing features, translating designs into clean and reusable code, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. The developer will work closely with designers and backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow. Deliverables include high-quality, tested, and well-documented code ready for deployment.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
While the role is suitable for freshers with strong coding portfolios or internships, candidates with 1–3 years of professional experience in React.js projects will be highly valued. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
React.js, JavaScript ES6+, GitHub, TailwindCSS, REST APIs, Jest, Cypress, and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
Language Requirement
English proficiency is required for effective communication with the international team. Additional language skills are welcomed but not necessary.

Full-time commitment of 35–40 hours per week, with flexible working hours as long as key deadlines are met and minimal timezone overlap is maintained.
Payment Terms
Fixed monthly salary with performance reviews conducted semi-annually.
