Project Description
The Robotics Engineer will contribute to the creation of advanced robotic solutions that address real-world automation needs. This includes developing prototypes, testing robotic arms, mobile robots, and automation systems, and integrating sensors and control software into functional applications. The purpose of the role is to drive forward NovaTechβs mission of delivering scalable and efficient robotics solutions.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Responsibilities include designing robotic systems, writing control algorithms, performing simulations, running hardware tests, troubleshooting issues, and delivering functional prototypes. The engineer will also document findings, support collaborative design reviews, and contribute to the deployment of robotics products.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with a bachelorβs degree in robotics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science will be prioritized. Preferred qualifications include hands-on project experience, familiarity with control systems, and coursework in mechatronics or embedded systems. Certification in robotics platforms or automation frameworks will be considered a plus.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
The role will require usage of ROS, Python, C++, MATLAB, SolidWorks or AutoCAD, and version control systems such as Git.
