Project Description
The RPA Developer will work on automating repetitive, high-volume tasks to help businesses reduce operational costs and improve productivity. The role includes analyzing existing processes, designing RPA workflows, testing solutions, and ensuring smooth deployment across environments.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Responsibilities include developing and implementing RPA bots, troubleshooting automation scripts, ensuring compliance with security standards, and producing clear documentation. Deliverables will consist of tested automation workflows, process documentation, and successful handovers to operations teams.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred. Experience with RPA certification programs such as UiPath Certified RPA Developer will be highly valued. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to identify process improvement opportunities are essential.

UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Python, SQL, and Git for version control.
Language Requirement
English proficiency is required for documentation and collaboration.
Communication Style
