Project Description
The RPA Developer will be responsible for building software bots and automation frameworks to replace repetitive, manual tasks within the organization’s processes. The role will contribute directly to increasing efficiency, reducing human error, and ensuring faster delivery of services.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
The developer will work closely with business analysts and project managers to gather requirements, design workflows, and implement automated solutions. Deliverables include creating robust bots, maintaining automation scripts, monitoring performance, and resolving production issues in real time.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with prior internship or academic experience in automation, scripting, or process improvement will have an advantage. Certification in UiPath or similar platforms will be considered a plus.

UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere; version control tools such as GitHub or GitLab; project management platforms such as Jira or Trello; and communication tools such as Slack and Zoom.
Language Requirement
English proficiency is required, both written and spoken.
Communication Style
The team communicates primarily via Slack for daily collaboration, with Zoom used for weekly stand-ups and reviews. Email is used for formal updates and documentation.
Time Commitment or Working Window
40 hours per week with flexibility, though a minimum of 3–4 hours of overlap with US or European working hours is required.
