The team is building automations that streamline invoice processing, customer onboarding, reconciliations, case triage, and data synchronization between line-of-business systems. The RPA Developer will convert process maps into robust workflows, implement exception handling and human-in-the-loop steps, and deploy bots to orchestrators with the monitoring needed for dependable 24/7 operations. The purpose is simple: deliver automations that are safe, interpretable, and easy to maintain as processes and systems evolve.

Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables

  • Analyze candidate processes with stakeholders and produce concise Process Definition Documents and Solution Design Documents.

  • Build, unit test, and document bots using best-practice frameworks (e.g., UiPath REFramework), with secure credential handling and configurable assets.

  • Integrate with REST/Graph APIs, databases, queues, and email systems; minimize fragile UI selectors and prefer resilient interfaces.

  • Deploy to orchestrators with schedules, queues, and alerting; create dashboards and runbooks that operations can follow without guesswork.

  • Implement exception pathways, retry logic, and business/technical KPI tracking; participate in change advisory boards and post-incident reviews.

  • Train support teams and hand over documentation, including rollback plans and disaster-recovery steps.

Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
Successful candidates demonstrate structured problem solving, readable code, and care for auditability.
