Project Description
The Social Media Manager will lead NovaReach Mediaβs digital presence by curating high-quality posts, running campaigns, and interacting with online communities. This role exists to grow the brandβs reach, improve engagement, and foster lasting relationships with target audiences.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a social media calendar, producing engaging content, managing paid advertising campaigns, and monitoring analytics for continuous improvement. Deliverables include weekly reports, campaign performance summaries, and measurable growth in engagement and followers.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
Candidates should have a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in managing brand social accounts is a plus. Certifications in social media marketing from platforms like HubSpot or Meta Blueprint will be viewed favorably.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used
Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Meta Business Manager.
Language Requirement
Fluent English is required, and knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
Communication Style
Team members coordinate primarily through Slack, email, and Zoom, with weekly check-ins to align on strategy.
Time Commitment or Working Window
The role requires 35β40 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling, but occasional overlap with European business hours is preferred.
