Project Description
The Test Automation Engineer will play a key role in ensuring robust and reliable delivery of software products. Working closely with developers and QA analysts, the engineer will design automated test cases, integrate them into pipelines, and contribute to reducing manual testing overhead while improving release quality.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables
Responsibilities include creating automated scripts for regression and functional testing, analyzing and reporting test results, collaborating with the development team to identify potential issues, and maintaining testing environments. Deliverables will include automated test suites, detailed reports, and recommendations for process improvements.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications
Candidates should have foundational experience in test automation, either through coursework, internships, or prior roles. Knowledge of API testing, cloud platforms, or performance testing tools such as JMeter is a plus. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred but not strictly required for strong candidates with relevant experience.
