Project Description:
As a Unity Developer, the candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing interactive applications and games. The role involves collaborating with designers, artists, and other developers to deliver engaging user experiences. Projects include both entertainment-focused games and serious simulations for educational or enterprise use.
Core Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables:
The developer will design, implement, and test gameplay features and mechanics, ensuring high performance across platforms. Deliverables include functional prototypes, polished user interactions, optimized scripts, and debugged builds. Collaboration with team members for integrating assets and gameplay systems is a critical aspect of the role.
Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates should have a degree in computer science, game development, or a related field, though strong portfolios may substitute. Prior internship or personal projects in Unity will be highly valued. Knowledge of AR/VR development, shader programming, or multiplayer networking is considered a plus.
Tools or Platforms to Be Used:
Unity 3D, Visual Studio, Git for version control, Jira for task management, and collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.
Language Requirement:
English proficiency is required, both written and verbal.
Communication Style:
All communication will be conducted through Slack for daily interactions, with Zoom for weekly meetings and email for formal updates.
